After nearly 15 years, Hitachi Solutions America, Ltd. (HSAL) will discontinue the MasterPlex product line, including all desktop software versions of MasterPlex QT, MasterPlex EX, MasterPlex GT, MasterPlex ReaderFit and the online service, on March 31st, 2015.

Current users of the above mentioned versions of MasterPlex desktop software will be able to continue to use these products and receive technical support from the Products and Services Group of HSAL until March 31st, 2016. After March 31st, 2016 HSAL will terminate public and technical support for all versions of MasterPlex. Users can still use MasterPlex after that date and existing support documents and content will continue to be available on the HSAL Products and Services Group's website.

Current users of the online service will have until March 31st, 2015 to download any data they would like to retain before the service terminates on that date.
